Tenants can access their storage units daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM through our secure gated entry system.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but customer support is available by phone during extended hours.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage?

Yes. We offer climate-controlled storage units designed to help protect temperature-sensitive items such as electronics, furniture, documents, photos, and collectibles from Ohio’s changing weather conditions.

Can I rent a storage unit online?

Absolutely. We offer online storage rentals, allowing you to choose a unit, sign your lease, and move in without visiting the office. Touchless Rentals™ are also available for a fast, contact-free experience.

Do I need a reservation to rent a unit?

No reservation is required, but reserving a unit in advance helps ensure availability and allows you to lock in current pricing—especially on our most affordable units.

What size storage units do you offer?

We offer a variety of unit sizes ranging from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’, making it easy to store anything from a few boxes to furniture, vehicles, or business inventory.

Is drive-up storage available?

Yes. Our drive-up storage units allow you to park directly at your unit for easy loading and unloading—ideal for heavy items or frequent access.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

Yes. Tenants are required to provide their own lock. For best security, we recommend using a disc lock.

What items are not allowed in storage?

For safety reasons, you may not store combustible or flammable materials, firearms, food, living plants or animals, or any illegal or stolen items. If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact our team.

How do I pay my storage bill?

We offer online bill pay so you can manage your account and make payments quickly and securely from anywhere.
